“So, I never actually got to attend this tour. The night of the tour, we received an email saying it was cancelled due to "less than good conditions" to see the Aurora lights. We rescheduled at no charge for two days later. We then received the same email about "less than good conditions" and the tour being cancelled. We had run out of days and received a full refund instead of a free reschedule. We were bummed that we didn't get to go, however were very impressed by the company. They could have taken us out to the middle or nowhere and had us sit in the freezing cold looking…”
