“I had the same experience as another persons review on here. I took a 12 hour train ride to find them cancel on me as soon as I got there. They can’t control the weather conditions but they should not be providing a “guaranty” you will see the lights. That guaranty was the only reason why I paid the premium over other companies who are more cautious and do not over promise. Don’t go to Lapland expecting to see the lights unless you can dedicate a week. 2 weeks later they still haven’t refunded my money so I have to take up the dispute with my credit card.”

Gray Line has yet to respond to my emails, calls and request for a refund. No communication was given at all.
