“Great evening, very well organized. The Sami guides Ulle and Inga were very nice and enthusiastic about showing us their culture, it was very informative. The reindeers were very cute, the food (salmon salad, reindeer stew and chocolate cake) very delicious, the fire very warm which we needed because outside it was freezing cold! But we got lucky and got the most beautiful Nothtern Lights during the whole evening, so of course that made it exceptionally special, but I guess without that it could’ve been still a lovely experience!”

I didn’t go into the woods,after,as the bridge was too slippy,so a nice llady said I could wait in one of the vans. I jumped out when the others returned,as knew it wasn’t ours. Pietro was fabulous!!,Friendly, and knowledgeable and fun,putting music on as we were in the van. I wouldn’t have changed much,apart from more grit in icy parts,and cleared a bit,where there’s loads of footfall. We didn’t get to see the Northern lights!!!,but it was Amazing being led by the huskies!!.…”

Quite frankly, the company should've canceled. The experience felt rushed, too (perhaps we got there late due to the ice), and the reindeer pulling our sled was slipping and jerking around on the terrain in a way that scared me for both him AND us. Dinner was lacklustre, the reindeer stew a bit flavorless and sparse, and the presentation on Sami culture, while interesting, was just a sketch--even…”

“Zonder noorderlicht (wat natuurlijk nooit te garanderen is) is deze tocht wat magertjes. Het is vooral een (koude) tocht over het meer in een slee achter een sneeuwscooter gevolgd door een tussenstop in een tipi tent met vuur waarop worstje/soep/brood worden klaargemaakt en waar je de gelegenheid krijgt 2 rendieren te voeren. Daarna nog paar minuten terug met de slee naar de auto die ons terugbracht naar de beginlocatie waar we onze dikke geleende pakken konden inleveren en daarna teruggebracht werden naar ons hotel. Als totaalpakket niet slecht als aanbod, maar in de praktijk zonder noorderlicht heeft het weinig om het lijf.”
