No one showed up to pick us up from the meeting point so I gave them a call and they said tour is cancelled. Tour time was at 6:30 pm and we found out our tour is cancelled at 6:35 pm. It was very hard to find another tour with different company since it was a closing time for most of the company. I wish I could give a negative star to Artic Service Guide. Thanks…”
