“Yes as other have stated I also was never picked up for my tour I arrived a half hour early and a whole extra hour after just in case as the ENTIRE reason I visited Iceland was to see the northern lights and it never happened. Gray Line has yet to respond to my emails, calls and request for a refund. No communication was given at all. The ice museum was great, the restaurant awesome, but the pool area was smaller than anticipated. The changing area was DISGUSTING! I never saw such an amount of hair and garbage on the floor of any public pool. There was no toilet paper. Unacceptable for a resort. What you should know about this tour is that your driver isn't a guide for the resort or the Northern Lights experience - you are discovering everything on your own.”

“JUST BOOK IT !! Probably the best excursion I ever have done. The northern lights weren't at there brightest unfortunately but I still managed a few good pictures of the lights. Driving a snowmobile through the forest at night crossing frozen rivers and lakes was just as good of an experience as seeing the lights. We visited a teepee tent and cooked sausages and marshmallows on the fire with our guide Antoin who was very friendly and helpful. If you are thinking about booking it definitely do it took about 3 hours in total and is definitely one for the bucket list 👌.”
