“Our driver/guide was Kubar and he was lots of fun. We did the Golden Circle and the first waterfall was not the most spectacular waterfall but there were several more along the way. Loved Geyser where we were treated to spurts every 5-10 minutes. Another highlight was a couple of hours at the Blue Lagoon. A very commercial attraction but relaxing and the water was gorgeous. I don’t think this stop was factored in because I was lead to believe we’d be back to Retkjavik at 5.30pm but weren’t back until 8.30 with just enough time to rug up for night tour for Northern Lights at 9.30.
